AI in mPorts OMS lets a person ask an operational question in ordinary business language and get an answer based on what the system already knows about the order. It explains the problem, suggests what to do, waits for approval where your rules require it, and then makes the change through the normal workflow — and it is part of mPorts OMS, not a separate product.
Most AI assistants work by looking at other software and trying to work out what is happening. An assistant outside your systems has no other option: it sees a screen and has to interpret it.
AI in mPorts OMS does not have to interpret anything, because the orders, inventory and fulfillment information already live in the system it runs inside. It explains a problem using the same information your team uses — and anything it actually changes still follows your normal rules and approvals.
That is a statement about where the AI gets its information and how a change is made. It is not a claim that this AI is more accurate or more independent than any other.
